Offline Speaker

Hi,i did a reset on my router and now my two gen 1 speakers are showing offline and i cannot reconnect them or find my system on the sonos app?

If you changed the name and password, that would happen. You will need to update the WIFI settings found here:

https://support.sonos.com/en-us/article/connect-sonos-to-a-new-router-or-wi-fi-network

The other thing you can do is to hardwire one of the speakers to your router.
