I managed to correctly configure the voice assistant (Google or Alexa) during my first configuration but since I downgraded the Beam to S1 it no longer works. Alexa or Google hear what I say and answer that they start the music (on YouTube music or Amazon music) but nothing happens... I have configured everything correctly apparently, could you please help me?

Did you try to remove the voice assistances for both Google and Alexa and re-add them? Downgrading to S1 is not a common practice and I don’t know if this is absolutely necessary, but this would be my first task in troubleshooting the issue.

I have since put the S2 firmware back on but again vocal assistants (Google and Amazon) don’t launch music from their services (Amazon music, Youtube music or any provider).
