Subject line pretty much sums it up. Trueplay “loses” speaker. They’re all there making noises.

Arc, sub + 2 play:3’s.

i know this subject has been addressed before, but the Sonos ppl shut it down before useful advice appears. (Why do they do that? Just leave it open until the problem is solved.)

Did you submit a diagnostic to Sonos, and call them to see what was revealed?

Thanks. Not yet. I will do that on a weekday when I’m more likely to reach someone.  Problem discovered on a Saturday. I was just wondering if there were any new insights on the topic since the last go-round.

Things tend to be shut down after an amount of inactivity. If there’s no ongoing conversation, there’s really no need for everyone to look at it. If others continue to have a similar issue, then the conversation continues.
