Hopefully someone can help as I am about to tear my hair out.
I have a Sonos one which has worked flawlessly for a number of years. I have just upgrade my router and this is where the problems have started.
I performed a factory reset on the router. Go through the pairing, it sends the chimes and connects.
I then get a message saying “the device may not initially show up in your device, you need to turn the power on and off again to complete the setup”.
I do that but it never reconnects. Any ideas?
Thanks for reading.

Or, its WiFi electronics may have failed. Not nearly as likely as @Stanley_4 ‘s suggestion, but still possible.
I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it.
There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.
When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
Just an update on this. It will not work wirelessly. I have it plugged into my router. All good, but as soon as I remove it, the app / network does not see it.
