Has anyone tried the following? If, on an IOS device using the Apple Music app, one chose in the IOS Airplay 2 menu to stream direct to a Sonos One which has previously had its frequency response curve set by Trueplay, would that Sonos One retain the Trueplay curve or would it play the audio 'flat'?

That's an interesting question. My guess would be that the TruePlay is at the "root" level of the speaker, so that any content that is played on it, whether it is streamed, Line-In, or AirPlay 2 as the source, would have the TruePlay applied to it. It just wouldn't make any sense otherwise.
