How do I use the Sonos One speakers to play audio from my PC or Macbook when I watch something on Youtube or play a game?

For the Mac you should be able to use Airplay. You can't do this for the PC

That is true you can use airplay 2 with Sonos but I would like to add that you must be on wireless. Mine is hardwired with a ethernet thunderbolt adapter and will not use AP at all unless I switch to wireless. Not common for most but just FYI in case. system preferences> sound and follow the image attached.

I just found a way to make it work with wired. Go to your airplay settings and chose "Anyone on this network".
