new app


I have new Sonos app but now the port connection does not work, although it is found on the system

Turntable and CD connect via the port

Try rebooting the Port and re-downloading the app.

That worked thanks, except need nearly max volume.

Functionality has now disappeared!  ie item selection, volume control all gone!

I have tried multiple times by reloading apps and resetting speakers and the port. Although the port is recognized on the system it does not work.

I am now using an old android phone which has the original Sonos app which works!

My question now is ‘how long will it be possible to continue using the old app?’
