Sonos Sub G3 weak bass with ARC after the latest update.

After the last update, my Sub G3 that I use with my ARC now sounds weaker and I have to increase the volume of the sub from the application when before I didn't even have to do it. The worst part is that if I turn off the Sub G3, the ARC sounds with more bass than the Sub itself.

Hi @Angel24

Thanks for your post!

I am sorry to hear of this issue you are having with your Sub (Gen 3) apparently not playing audio.

I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.

Before doing so, however, I recommend that you try removing the Sub from the Arc’s room, then re-bonding it back. Settings icon » [room with Arc and Sub] » Remove Sub, then Connect Sub from the same settings page, as that may help matters.

I hope this helps.
