Arc Ultra with 2x 300 ERA surrounds and dual subs. Music is horrible, no bass response on subs and mid range is missing completely. Sounds like an old AM radio. Is this a problem with the app?

Shouldn't be software as such, it is working right for a lot of folks.

I'm not great at odd issues but I've seen suggestions here to remove the Sub and re-add it to fix glitches. I'd try that and hope it fixes things or someone has a better idea.

My Ultra, Sub 4 and Era-100 set sounds great for both so it will be good once you find the glitch.

Have you tried the phase change option on the Subs or putting them in different positions?

Yes. They sound great in movies. Just no bass with music.

Are your equalization and volume settings the same for both modes?
