My Apple TV 4K plays Netflix and Prime in Dolby Digital Plus, Fire Stick 4K plays Netflix in Dolby Digital plus but plays Prime in Atmos, Sony Android TV plays both Netflix and Prime in Dolby but no sound leveling on Sony, and Roku Ultra Plays Netflix in Dolby Digital Plus, Prime in Atmos and the Apple TV+ plays in Atmos. Wow, such a swing.
