I purchased multiple Sonos products for the specific reason of being able to play music in multiple parts of my house. I love keeping my speaker in my bedroom and using voice command to play music—Sonos Voice Command is one of the reasons why I purchased this line.
With that being said, I’m completely frustrated and feel very hopeless about ever having the option to lower the loudness of the voice command feature without compromising the music volume. It’s completely unacceptable that Sonos has to scream at me when I use voice command to simply play calming music at bedtime and subsequently wake other people up in the house. What a rudimentary, simple, expected feature to have on a product and yet here I am complaining in a discussion board with what appears to be many other frustrated customers where this issue has yet to be addressed.
Feeling very frustrated, stuck and disappointed in Sonos as a brand, and rather regretful to have invested in so many products only to be stuck without resolution nor have any anticipated date that this problem will be fixed.
