Volume control is lowered on touch on grouped speakers

On my iPad, using latest version of Sonos 14.18.1 controller, when I want to adjust the volume and touch the volume button, all grouped speakers diminished their output by 2-3 increments before I apply a change. This is a strange and weird behaviour never noticed before. Other’s get this same behaviour?

Yes, noticed this too. And it's not just when speakers are grouped but happens for a single speaker too. I sometimes like to just touch the volume “dot” to see at what volume my speaker is at.

Same issue started for me about one month ago.

This issue is still present with 14.18.2 I am sure the volume also goes down on its own. I put my room at a sound level of 10 and for some reason it seems to creep down to 8 over a short timeframe. This volume gremlin will need  to be chased away soon.
