How have you still not read the room? Your app doesn’t work. You mistake social media for real life.  You could at least make your crapppp work. Capeesh?

Do you like to tell us other users anything of interest? This is a board primarily for communication between users. Just to leave a general s***storm here imo won’t help other users. 
Of course you can feel free to post anything that isn’t against the community rules. But please take care choosing the right words and not to offend anybody including Sonos. 
 

If you need help with a certain problem, please tell us more details and we can try to give some advice.

It’s “capisce”, not “capeesh”.  If one is going to include a stereotype of Italian mafioso in one’s rants, one should strive to get the spelling right.

The “room” shows that most users who have updated the app, have very minor issues at this point. As ​@Schlumpf stated, if you need help, describing your issue would be better than a statement, that is confusing at best.

The app has work for me and MANY others, with minor functionality issues, from the time it was released last May. I am NOT attempting to downplay the issues others are experiencing, but MANY of them have been because of VPNs, network interference, the use of unsupported devices such as extenders or powerlines, weak WIFI (which is shown in the number of update errors) or some network configurations not set correctly.

I understand why there are some users who are angry at Sonos: The app should have been tested further before it was released. But as promised, they have been working to correct that blunder, and there are fixes for those with issues.

You just need to be polite, and ask for help, if you need help.

I know.. just trying to stop the stupid, negative posts that are not beneficial to anyone. 
Happy to see that many others are not hopping on and adding to the negativity lately.
