When will you add the Yandex.Music service in Kazakhstan?

As a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, I don't care about the conflict of other countries, I just want to listen to music in hi-res. I am the owner of two Sonos Five, give me access to Yandex.Music, there is NO NEWS there, THIS IS ONLY A MUSIC STREAMING SERVICE.

Sonos doesn’t add music services.  Instead, it offers a free API so the music services can add themselves.  Send the following link to any service you wish to see incorporated into Sonos:

https://developer.sonos.com/s/?language=en_US

Sonos itself deleted access to Yandex music. In our stores, the speakers were delivered together with the Yandex Music sticker. I ask you to return access to the MUSIC service in my region.

I believe Yandex is Russian company though, so Sonos may very well be actively blocking that music service currently.  ‘Blocking’ in terms of what the customer sees, but to Sonos, it’s just not doing business with a Russian company.

Why should I, a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, suffer because of your opinions? Yandex Music is not on the SDN list of both the EU and the USA. Did you deprive me of music because of your desires?

This is not my opinion. I’m only stating what Sonos policy is.

In case it wasn’t clear, this is the community forum, where other users are responding to posts.  There are Sonos employees, but they typically only moderate and step in when a fellow user can’t answer the question.  Even then, the employee isn’t going to be able to give you any timeline, as they rarely get that sort of info.    As it stands, I think the answer is likely going to depend on how and when the war ends, which no one knows right now.

I don't understand why you can use any music services in your country, and I can't in mine.

No Sonos user can use Yandex as a music service due to Russian sanctions, this isn’t targeting you in any way.

This page shows you have a substantial choice of music services in your country:
