F****** app icon is constantly jumping up and down on my Mac. It takes like three separate interruptions just to get the f***er to install the update. I don’t even know what the updates do and they don’t seem to do anything at all but break s***.

Is there a way to have the thing update without bothering me?
You can select to have the automatic update happen at night, when you theoretically aren’t using your system.
You can turn off automatic updates in the Sonos app, and for the Sonos app in the App Store or Google Play.
