Why is there no method to directly remove a speaker? I have to wait for a timeout for my blown Sub 3 to be removed?
These nanny-only methods are infuriating. Some of your customers want to just get things done. SONOS you can do better.

Good afternoon cd07 - based on digging through the community, I came across this original post from 3 years - no so sure if it applies, but I think it might. Ken is a long-time member of the community and has amazing knowledge of things like this. I had the same issue with a blown Sonos Sub mini this past summer and the same thing happened. I did not reboot my entire Sonos Eco system and network, I just waited and it eventually disappeared and I think it was within the 3 day period.
Reset, soon to be returned speaker, still showing 'offline' in app | Sonos Community
Thanks
Derek
