Hi Guys

 

i have spoken to the help desk multiple times and got no we’re.

 

i have purchased 9 x Sonos One SL and cannot get any to connect thru the Sonos app at all and about to return them so this is my last effort as so far it’s a s*** experience 

 

I have tried to connect to 4 diffrent routers and 4 diffrent phones with no luck and even the Ethernet port…..

 

I get to the paring screen add wifi password than unable to connect. 
 

can u please help

 

I keep getting told the speakers trying to update but it cannot update
