Dear SONOS Product Team,
on my iPhone X within the Sonos App I only can after multiple trials select the “Folder” section of My Music Library, because the icon is overlapping on the screen with the Music Library Search Tab. I cannot scroll more down, because that is how the app screen is built and presented within my iPhone X. It is next all other bad qualities of the new app, a super painful new design release that prevents me to have a smoothless app experience.
This is a must changer for the next few weeks.
Get your job done well, since May SONOS has lost tremendous amount of user confidence.

Atrocious work, the new app released in May is a user experience disaster. The worst I have ever seen in App release history overall. Shame on you. You removed the majority of relevant user functions within one update and now you are taking months to give us back the functionalities that we have paid for when making the decision to buy the SONOS hardware. All the marketing bulls*** around the new app release to make people believe the new app is great, but no, essentially it`s worst than any user could have imagined. There is no excuses anymore, just get the app back on track as soon as possible.
Just by looking what happened at the app in the last months and without knowing anyone at SONOS, users start really thinking there is an armada of amateurs at work in the app product and software department at SONOS. Truly embarrassing, the CEO letter doesn`t help anymore. Get the job done to make the app world class, then users will believe you.
