Is it me or is the latest Sonos App the worst ever user experience. I hate it !!!

It’s pure crap. I can’t get all my rooms working in unison. My favorites are god knows where. How can the app get worse everytime. C’mon Sonos get the crap out of your ears and know your audience ffs.
Yes the latest app is a nightmare. Amazon music doesn't consistently work hit play says something went wrong ... No kidding put the old app back up till you fix this crap. Thought I bought a prem system NOT!
