Sonos app is worse than diarrhea

The Sonos app is so dogs***… why? 
reasons why my dog can make a better app with his butt: 

  • no custom radio 
  • stupid pinned s*** at the top of my app 
  • lost ability to connect to radio stations outside of the Sonos garden
  • Finding my offline music takes like 20 steps 
  • did not even revert the horrible app after community said pls give us back the old app 
  • tunein radio doesn’t work as advertised, lost of help articles are inaccurate because they refer to old app 

overall, I’m never buying another Sonos product. Gonna let this one die and then happily throw it out and get a more customer-focused product
