As of one/two weeks ago, the integration between my Sonos system and SmartThings system was working fine. 
 

For example, when triggering a routine in SmartThings, I had set my Sonos Play 3 to play an audio message. 
 

Since the new update to Sonos, this integration is no longer working. 
 

Please could I get some support on how to fix this?

 

Also might I add that the new Sonos app is proving to be a complete nightmare to use. I would really like to downgrade. Such massive updates should have been released in a completely separate app (i.e., when the upgrade from S1 to S2 occurred, users were not automatically upgraded; instead users had to actively download the S2 app from the App Store.)
