Problem with track sequencing

For the past few days, the tracks on an album or playlist have been stopping a few seconds before the end and then moving on to the next track.
The two One speakers are no longer playing anything, only the Playbase is. I have to pause and then resume playback for the sound to come back through all the speakers.
Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

Stopping and moving to ‘the next’ track is a pretty good indication of wifi interference . If the suggestions in that FAQ don’t help, I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it. Don’t post the resulting diagnostic number here, they get sensitive about GDPR.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
