I have two Sonos One SL together with the S1 app that was working well. Haven’t really been using them for a while but should today and was prompted to see if it was compatible with s2 upgrade (or something like that), the app checked, and prompted me to download, it also informed me that I wouldn’t be able to go back, I clicked and was taken to the Sonos App (Note: Sonos, not S2) in App Store, installed it, opened it, and choose (in the following order):
- “Connect to existing system”, it scans wifi and I get an “This system is only compatible with Sonos S1 Controller”.
- “Add speaker...”, it scans but doesn’t find anything…
Now to the bonus: My S1 seems to have a connection with both speakers, but I can’t get any sound.
What to do? Factory reset?
Best,
Mikael
