Since the latest update of the app I get auto logged out a couple of times a week!

It’s so annoying! I use my roam to wake up so I usually have to set it on different times each night. And now when I’m tired as * I have to start logging in again. And I you don’t even save my details so I have to put the whole email and password in each freaking time!
Also you hid the wake-up function pretty well in the update. It’s not very user friendly anymore!

So my question is just WHY?!?!?

There are a couple of other threads about this, as I recall, Sonos is looking in to it, but could use additional information by people submitting a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and calling Sonos Support to discuss it.

For what it is worth, and likely not at all to you, not everyone is experiencing this issue.

They have real problems with the app sign in process for months. . In May I couldn’t sign in, then I couldn’t tap the tos button, now gotta login repeatedly. Fix one problem, add another.
