Sonos One, update error 30

Hi.
Bought a Sonos One, set it up and everything worked great.
Then my stepdaughter came by and logged on to my system from her app, without me knowing it. She had already set up her app to her fathers Sonos system, which included some Sonos Play:1 speakers. What happened then is that my system suddenly included one of her fathers speakers (room). Today my system started to update the software/firmware, but stopped during the process, and showed the message "Error code 30: Soverom". "Soverom" is one of her fathers speakers, miles away. Any ideas on how I could fix this? Thanks.

I am struggling with the same error message! I tried more or less everything; restarting everything, restarting router. Now I'm so frustrated that I'm considering factory resetting everything 😞
