Many new and long-standing Sonos users have been disappointed by the recent Sonos “app overhaul” [released May 2024]. For many this update is a step backward from what they have come to expect from Sonos OR even makes their system unusable in any meaningful way.
As Sonos users have been left without any real alternative (and no music), this poll asks Sonos to make the old app available again as a backup without delay.
