This app which was absolutely fine 4 years ago is now a steaming pile of ****… Thousands wasted on hardware for an app that does not work…
Funnily, I always thought that having a software component to the overall solution would be a good thing, allowing for continual improvements to the experience which each iterative release… What I didn’t consider, was a management team willing to make software changes to degrade and make the experience worse…
