Spotify and YouTube Music have this function where, while listening to new music, you can thumbs up and thumbs down. If you like it goes to your liked songs playlist. If you don’t it skips to next song and tunes the upcoming songs in the future so its closer to your tastes. This works great but while using SONOS there’s no way to do this directly through its app. It should be, it is tremendously useful.

The services control what functions/features are seen on the Sonos app. Sonos only supplies the API and could not add it if they wanted to.  Best to lobby the service directly , as well as lobbying Sonos as a proxy.

Well, if so is the case I hope YouTube is working on adding this function. Unfortunately giving them feedback is close to impossible.

This is incorrect. Sonos is a consumer to the API. A service adding an API capability won't result in the Sonos app automatically exposing the function. Sonos development needs to keep up with advancements in the YTM API.

Sonos: Please add support for YTM like/dislike.

Not incorrect at all.  Sonos doesn’t use the YouTube API.  YouTube uses the Sonos API to develop their own UI on the Sonos app.  See this link:
