Can't play music from my mobile device

Need Your help!

I can't play music stored on my android device Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro.

I have Sonos Connect_v1, and i use Sonos S1 app.

Sonos radio work fine, but when i want listen music stored on my device Sonos S1 app give error: "song name" is no longer available on this Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro

Sonos S1 i was several time uninstall and install again, Sonos Connect_v1 restarted several time, my access point and router restarted several time too, music downloaded from internet and was copy from laptop on micro Sd card and play on my device and laptop well, music destination is in "music" folder.

Before it was work fine, a few months ago.

 

Diagnostics confirmation number is: 1792455112

How can i fix it?
