Hi.

Spotify steaming jumps tracks and completely stop several times a day but  Sonos radio streaming works fine.
I have tried to log out everywhere for spotify and it improves for ½ a day then renders usless.

i have a fibre broadband package 100Mbs with no data limits.

Any thoughts to stop this track jumping and stopping would be most appreciated.

Maybe try a different 2.4Ghz WiFi channel on your router, assuming that is the band in use / saved in your Sonos App network settings? I would recommend you choose a non-overlapping channel of 1, 6 or 11 and reduce the potential for interference further by setting its channel-width to 20 MHz.

If using SonosNet, then remove the WiFi credentials from the Sonos App completely, if using non-portable Sonos devices only …and set the SonosNet channel so it is at least 5 channels away from your chosen routers WiFi channel and just see if that helps with your Spotify streaming playback on your speakers.
