Sonos connecting to strange IP address

I have trying to understand the source of some recent internet issues, and I notice that Sonos connects to several destinations each hour, to check time, amazon web services and firmware.

But one of my Sonos devices has been connecting each hour to three IP address that I do not understand.  They connect through UDP 123 (ntp)  to

185.117.82.71 (Bulgaria)

5.196.160.139 (France)

 81.7.16.52 (Germany)

After disconnecting this Play 3, I don’t see any other Sonos devices make connections to these IP addresses.   Does anyone else see connections to these addresses?

I always thought the ports below were what Sonos used  but please don’t quote me, as I copied this from a document some time ago:

TCP/IP:

80 (Internet Radio, updates and registration)

443 (Rhapsody, Napster, and SiriusXM)

445 (CIFS)

3400 (incoming UPnP events - Sonos Controller App for Mac or PC)

3401 (Sonos Controller App for iOS)

3500 (Sonos Controller App for Android)

4070 (Spotify incoming events)

4444 (Sonos update process)

UDP:

136-139 (NetBIOS)

1900 (UPnP events and device detection)

1901 (UPnP responses)

2869, 10243, 10280-10284 (Windows Media Player NSS)

6969 (Initial configuration)

..

I assume the port you mention UDP 123 is just keeping the system time/date in sync for Sonos Alarms etc.

Looking through the limited data Sonos allows us to see I don’t find the ntp server listed.

You might check your router’s DHCP 4 settings to see what it is handing out as an ntp server. If it is a Pool address it can change the contained addresses without warning.
