Hi everyone. I have an annoying problem with my sonos equipment. we are using 5 sonos 1, 1 center, 1 sub and 1 amp. We are accessing all via two iphones to acces our sonos equipment. One shows all speakers the other is missing some. Why is that ? Both phones have been restarted and are all connected to the same wifi as the entire sonos equipment.

Rather than a reboot, try force close on the phone that is “missing” some players.
If this does not cure the issue, submit a diagnostic from both phones, log their confirmations and contact SONOS support.
