I am brand new to this community. I just recently purchased two Sonance amps with outdoor wall speakers. Salesman sold me on this was the best system out there. I installed both amps with speakers and have not been able to connect my mobile device with the amps. Already have spent hours waiting to be connected to sonos agents, along with the hours of having sonos techs running me through the setup and trouble shooting procedures over and over. Also spoke with my internet provider about my modem, and having to slow it down to 2.4 ghz for the sonos amps. So far nothing has helped. I have spent over 2200 dollars for the sonos amps and speakers and I am ready to rip it all out and return it for a full refund. Would love to get the help I need but there is only one avenue that is to call again and wait over an hour to talk to a tech. I need help now or I am gone !
