Amazon playlists only load 100 songs

Has anyone noticed the Amazon Music queue only loads 100 songs from a playlist? I've noticed that Apple Music works fine. The issue only appears with Amazon Music.

Yes same issue and Sonos is doing nothing to fix it. The new app is terrible, really regret going all in with Sonos. Poor customer service and they really don’t care.

I’m curious as to how you’re aware that Sonos is doing nothing to ‘fix’ the issue. Are you in planning meetings for the coders? Do you have access to prioritized bug lists that are being worked on?

That’s a silly response. Let people vent. Tell me Bruce are you having problems with the new app?? You seem all too ready to defend Sonos at every turn. But if we were in planning meetings I’m sure almost everyone here would fire them for dishing up a terrible half baked product.

I find that this happens if I start the playlist from my (Android) app. But if on my Mac I go to my music services->Amazon ->my music->playlists -> (which ever playlist I want), it picks up most of the tracks. But still not all of them.

I only noticed this over the weekend when I was hosting a party. Tried to play one of my larger playlists (609 songs) and would only queue 100 songs then kept stopping play after a few. Tried through the old app that I have on my laptop which allowed me to queue them all but still kept stopping play.

Ended up having to launch the Amazon Music App on one of my TV’s and play it through my sonos system that way.

They need to fix this surely. Would have been a nightmare if I didn’t have a sonos soundbar.

I am having the same issue. I realized what was going on about two weeks ago, but I think it has been happening for longer, probably since the latest app updates. There is a one month old post on the same issue with no replies linked below. I tried a few things like loading the additional songs on the playlist screen by scrolling down before selecting play or shuffle, but, checking the queue after doing this results in only 100 songs loaded into the queue regardless. Since there’s a month old post with no reply I’m going to call support to try to more formally report this bug in hopes they can prioritize it. Sonos support has always been very good to me in the 3 times I’ve called in 10 years.

Good luck with that, I tried to ring last week and it was a 45min wait.
