Which soundbar for an apartment?

Really interested in enhancing my TV/movie experience. Sounds like the Sonos Arc Ultra is the best, however I don't want anything rattling the walls as I live in an apartment with a shared wall. Is the Arc Ultra going to be fine in a relatively small space (roughly 400 sq ft), or should I consider the Beam/Ray models? Thanks.

One of the things I considered when I chose my Arc was how it would look with my 65” TV on the wall. While the Beam is a very capable soundbar, I felt it was too small in comparison to the TV.

You are able to control the volume on all of the soundbars and the Beam can also get pretty loud if you turn the volume up. Maybe not as loud as the Ultra, but it does a good job with reproducing music as well as TV audio.

While the ultra does have Sound Motion, its not going to rattle the walls like a Sub would. The sound motion speaker is designed to help the soundbar sound a bit more full than the predecessor.

But as I stated before, while both can get pretty loud, the control is in your hands.

So choose the one you think will work best for you and use the volume wisely..

As stated, you control the Volume. A certain amount of bass will be transferred through the wall and this varies with wall construction. Premium apartments use double walls that will minimize transmission. You already know the transmissive characteristics of your walls. You can minimize bass transmission by avoiding a wall mount. Place the soundbar on a foam pad in front of the TV.

My own preference would be ARC ULTRA.
