How to redeem credit of sold Playbar?

I’ve just sold my play bar, and it appears as a redeemed product, but how do I get the 30% off the beam I am about to buy. As the play bar is no longer connected to my system?

The trade-up deal for legacy (S1 only) products is 30%. For selected other (S2 compatible) products it’s 15%.

When you attempt to purchase a new device on the Sonos.com website, the discount will appear. Or, you could call their sales line, and order through that format.

I am sure the upgrade deal was for 30% rather than 15%?

we moved end of last year and the play bar has been disconnected since March 2020.

it appears in the system list but only has 15% against it.

it is being sold today and I guess will be connected to another system later today, I better not loose the discount when this pops up in someone’s else’s system.

thanks

Ok that makes sense as the Playbar is still considered a modern product, so S2 compatible.

time now to sell the play5s I feel to get to 30%

question is having got ride of the playbar, should I go for a arc or beam?
