I’d like to buy a turntable that would work with my playbar, play1 and minisub. Can anyone help please?

The other option is to purchase the turntable of your choice with or without a built-in pre-amp. Choosing a turntable with without a built-in pre-amp means you’ll have to purchase a 3rd party pre-amp.
Sonos has partnered with ProJect to offer turntables with built-in pre-amp ranging from $450 to $800 (USD). See them at this link.
If you choose to select a turntable like the ProJect (built-in pre-amp) you’ll need a Sonos Port or a Sonos speaker with line-in capability such as a Sonos Five, Era 300, Era 100 or Move2. The Era 100 is the most cost effective option. Choosing a Sonos speaker will allow you to group it to your Playbar and/or Play 1.
As a suggestion don’t go cheap on the phono cartridge as it determines how well the music will be picked up from groves in the vinyl. There are other factors such as tone arm shape and material, tracking force, balance, anti-skating adjustment. However IMO a cheap phono cartridge can negate all the adjustments just mentioned relating to the final delivery of the music to the speakers and from there to your ears.

Victrola do a wifi-streaming turntable. Or get one with preamp and add a Sonos device with line-in capability.
