Question

Teac TN-280BT-A3 Turntable with Sonos Ray Soundbar

Hoping someone can help!
I have a TEAC Bluetooth turntable and want to connect it to my Ray Sonos soundbar, I was hoping not to have to buy another Sonos speaker as I already also have a SubMini and my living room isn;t that big!
I have found an item (Brennan VB1) which according to the info, can plug into the turntable using audio cables, then using the Brennan app, sync it to the Sonos soundbar, but i’m a bit sceptical and hoped someone here may be able to shed some light?

Did you find what you were looking for?

No help, but I would love to hear your review if you decide to buy one.

Just to clarify, for anyone reading this thread:

The Ray does not support Bluetooth input. But, I believe that the Brennan VB1 uses wireless connection to your home network and hence can connect to a Sonos system.

A review would be good if you proceed, @PhilCM_1401

There are SONOS discussions on the BRENNAN website. I have not used any of these devices.

@PhilCM_1401

I think it will work quite well as it seems to use the same functionality via Sonos local api like some other 3rd party devices or apps do.
For example victrola turntable, Senic Mood Play (that I use myself) or nfc tag apps. Just be aware that the manufacturer has to update the software if Sonos do changes on their api.
