What is the best set up of a Pro-Ject Debut Carbon Turntable to integrate it with my existing Sonos system including an Amp and Port?
The Sonos port is connected to an advanced amplifier which I would prefere to use for the turntable, however any advice is welcome

Welcome to the Sonos Community! And, apologies for the delay.
It should be as simple as connecting the turntable to the Line-In connectors of either the Amp or the Port. Whichever you choose, you will be able to play the feed from the turntable to the other, so it doesn’t matter which you connect it to.
You may find that if playing from Port’s line-out to your amplifier while also playing to Amp (or other rooms), that it is best to disable any post-processing that your amplifier might be doing - this will keep the two Sonos devices in sync. On my old Yamaha amplifier, this was called “CD Direct” and only worked on the CD line input - your amplifier may or may not have some similar restrictions or features.
I do not recommend wiring the turntable to the amplifier and then wiring Port in succession - this will mean the amplifier will play the feed at least 75 milliseconds before any Sonos device can, resulting in out-of-sync sound when grouping other rooms.
