Hi, I have just set up my Era 100 in hopes it will connect to my Audio-Technica turntable. The turntable previously would connect to a JBL bluetooth speaker. When I try to pair the Era 100 to the turntable, both flash blue searching to pair and yet don’t pair together.

I can successfully pair to the Era100 from my phone bluetooth, so both devices have shown connection is possible.

I do have a Ray speaker for the TV, which does also come up on my sonos app, so unsure if that can some how be why the turntable won’t connect to the Era.

Does anyone have any idea what could be going on? And if the Era 100 should be able to connect to the turntable via bluetooth.

I don’t want or need the turntable music to come out of the ray.

If I play music from spotify through the sonos app, it however does give an option to play out of both speakers.

It is nice that the speakers can play the same sound when not playing records however, for example, both playing from the TV.

I have my Audio-Technica turntable paired to the Era 100. Have you tried resetting the Era 100s and trying to connect with all other Bluetooth devices unplugged?

Are your Ray and Era-100s set up as two Sonos Rooms or a single Sonos Room?

Sonos configured as Surrounds have their inputs disabled.

I have the same issue using the AT-LP60XBT turntable connecting via bluetooth. I have tried to connect to an Era 100 and Era 300. The Era 100 is part of steopair as well as the 2 Era 300 speakers. For both speakers the bluetooth connection fails. The blue lights keep flashing and no connection is being made. At the same time i can connect the turn table to a jbl speaker using bluetooth and the Sonos Era 100 and 300 connect with my phone using bluetooth. Based on this it seems a technical connection Issue in the Sonos speakers to the Adio Technica turntable. Can Sonos please fix the issue since this keeps me from spending extra money on a line-in adaptor and or a Sonos port or connect.

Personally, for both @Farrox13 and @RuudBongers, I would spend the extra and get a line in adapter for the Eras.

Call me old fashioned, but turntables and bluetooth just seems wrong….🤔

The LP60XBT has a built in preamp, so you are only adding one cable to connect it to a speaker.

Is it worth the headache to try and make the Bluetooth connection work? For me it's not worth the effort to add another layer of processing to enjoy the sound of vinyl. Line in just works for me. I have a LP-120XUSB connected to a Connect S15 that I auto play to a Play 1 in my dining room. Have not had to struggle to get the audio to other speakers because of the direct connection.
