I have a sonos amp connected to ceiling speakers in my kitchen.  The amp is in a kitchen cupboard with the speakers wired back to the cupboard.

My wife has bought me a pro-ject t1 phono sb. How can I get it connected to the amp. It can't be hard wired due to the location of the amp.

I want to be able to listen to my records through the ceiling speakers if possible.

For this purpose Sonos produces the Port. You can group a Port that you cable connect to the (pre-amped) turntable or make the Amp dedicated speaker for the Port. The Sonos Five can also be used this way, which would also ad a speaker. The same can be achieved in a less expensive way by connecting the turntable via the Sonos USB-C adapter to an Era 100 (or more expensively an Era 300.

A workable option but one I’d avoid would be a matched Bluetooth transmitter / receiver pair to connect the turntable to the Amp.

The above suggestions are better and will likely sound better but if you need fast/cheap/easy it is an option.
