I have just purchased a Sonos Project Turntable and I’m trying to connect it to my Era 300. I have used the cables provided and the RCA adapter provided. I had an RCA to USB in the house but it is generic and not from Sonos. When plugged in the turntable seems to be working but the Sonos app does not see anything under Line In. please can you help

My USB to RCA converter takes sound from the USB and sends it out on the RCA.
It will not take RCA sound and send it out on the USB.
Even if you found a converter that sent the sound the needed direction I don’t know if it would work on Sonos.
As said, get the Sonos adapter.
