This turntable is new but the rotation speeds (33 & 45) are not correct and the music/songs are really bad… What to do as there is no possibility of adjustment except changing the belt ?

The owner's manuals says to contact the selling dealer, nothing about self adjustment.

How are you determining the speed error?

Is the speed slow or fast? Is the speed consistent?

Since this is a new turntable, make sure that the belt is properly installed.

Reference @Stanley_4 comment I assume you purchased the TT  through Sonos? Otherwise posting here will not help. On the other hand speed issues are typically attributed to belt misalignment or belt with too much elasticity ( it has been stretched out of portion). Otherwise the TT motor is defective.
