I have two sonos 5 2nd gen paired with my victrola turntable (sonos compatable).  Everything worked great until my cleaning lady unplugged the table.  Now my stereo sound is weak.  Like im only getting one channel.  My Jimi Hendrix cuts out depending on the panning.  Any thoughts?

Since it’s a Victrola, you may not have that 3.5 mm line in connected. You may want to check a few things. First, is the errant speaker plugged in properly? Are the two speakers set up as a stereo pair (in the same software ‘room’) or grouped (two Sonos ‘rooms’)?

You may want to submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it. Don’t post the resulting diagnostic number here.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

Make sure your 3.5 mm cable is fully seated, it is often only inserted to the first click, not to the fully seated position.

I have a T1 EVO PHONO and a FIVE speaker. The volume is way too low. I tried changing the line in settings to 10 but nothing happened. These were bought as a set so I assumed I didn’t need an amp.

Not sure why you didn't start your own topic, buried at the end of this one you will get less visibility.

Are you talking about this turntable?

T1 EVO Phono

Inlcuding built-in phono stage

The T1 EVO Phono adds a switchable phono preamplifier which allows you to directly connect it to any amplifier, active speaker, etc.

Make sure the  EVO's built-in preamp is switched on, it is necessary with the Five.

What do you have the Five's volume set to?

Can you stream any music to the stereo pair of Five speakers?  I’d so do they play as expected?
