I think connector 11 or 13 is the one you want. Two mono jacks (Left and Right channels) from the Realistic output option, to a single stereo jack for the Sonos input. Or output 13 - stereo jack to jack. Stereo cable is more common.
You can use the pre amp out to the Sonos line in. If you still want to use the receiver to drive normal speakers split the preamp out into 2 signals per channel, with L+R pair going to SONOS and the other pair going back to preamp in. Or If you go the tape 1 out route you will have to set the receiver source to tape to send signal to the Sonos and then use the front panel tape monitor to select what to listen to.

If you want the sound from the turntable played on you Sonos and you use the Tape out, you choose the turntable as a source on the receiver. Since Tape out is always active the sound should go through that to your Era speaker.

Exactly so. Any source can be played out to the Sonos system, whilst the Realistic can also play a different source through the speakers wired to it. Using pre-out leaves the same playing to both environments.
BTW, If the Realistic is just being used as a gateway to the turntable, and the turntable has a pre-amp output, it could be connected directly to the Era via the Sonos adapter you mention in your original post, @MartiniMayhem
