Just bought the play 5 and T1 turntable but can’t get sound

Give us a few clues: what have you tried? How are they connected? Have you set up the speaker on your wifi?

Does the Play5 play other music sources? Are you selecting Line In in the Sonos app? What cable are you using the connect the turntable to the Play5? Which T1 do you have? Some versions do not have a phono preamp built in.

Note you can make the turntable automatically play to the Five if you go into settings and set Autoplay to On and the Autoplay Room to the Five’s room name.

Do you have the correct cables to connect the turntable to the Play 5?

Have you set the line in level in the Play5 settings?
