Connecting my Analog Turntable to SONOS

I got a new Turntable, and I would like to use it with my Sonos System. Can I connect my analog turntable directly to Port or an older Connect2? or do I need a conventional Amplifier in between?

The turntable must have a built-in preamp or you must purchase a preamp to sit between the Turntable and Port.

The preamp must match your cartridge type, MM or MC. Moving Magnet or Moving Coil.

Some are switchable which might be handy some day.
