Hello,

I currently own a Sonos One (Gen 2), and I was recently gifted a turntable that can pair with a speaker via Bluetooth, which isn’t possible with my Sonos One. I'm interested in purchasing the Sonos Roam 2 and would like to confirm if my intended setup is possible before making the purchase, as I've seen conflicting information.

Would it be possible to connect the turntable to the Sonos Roam 2 via Bluetooth and then stream the audio simultaneously to both the Sonos Roam 2 and my Sonos One using the Wi-Fi network?

I’ve read one source that says this setup works and another that says it doesn’t, so I’m a bit confused.

Thank you in advance!

Hello @Sakende

Yes, such a setup will work as you described.
After pairing the bt turntable with Sonos Roam you can play audio from the turntable on Roam. If you like you can also group Roam via Sonos app with Sonos Ones room and play the audio signal on both rooms in sync. You can adjust volume for each room individually or for both rooms. You can even mute Roams room and just listen to audio on Sonos Ones room.

If there are any doubts about this, you are welcome to post a link to the thread where you read it wouldn’t work. Maybe we can clarify that.

Hello @Schlumpf!

Thank you so much for your response! I'm really glad to know it's possible, and that I’ll finally be able to use my turntable!

I had seen a topic here saying it worked, but then came across some conflicting comments on an Amazon page, so I just wanted to be sure.

Thanks again, and have a great day!

You‘re Welcome…

Would be nice, if you will share your experiences after installing and using your setup. 😎
