There is anyway to connect the tb to the ray soy bar through Bluetooth?

No - Ray does not support Bluetooth.
If you have another Sonos device which does support Bluetooth (barring Move 1), you can play Bluetooth to it, then group in your Ray using the Sonos app. Note that if a speaker is setup as a surround sound speaker, it loses Bluetooth functionality.
