I have an issue to connect my Era 100 to the Audio-Technica AT-LP60XBT turntable via Bluetooth.
It seems to pair, but after a few seconds the Sonos Era 100 seems to simply turn itself off. The turntable seems to stay paired and the blue light is also on and not flashing, but the Sonos speaker just does nothing.
Does anyone know how to solve this? Please help!

It’s possibly the same ‘known’ issue as the one mentioned in this thread linked below. To perhaps confirm that it is the same, it maybe best to reproduce the issue and then immediately submit a Sonos system diagnostic report from within the Sonos App, note it’s reference and then contact/chat with Sonos Support Staff via this LINK and see what the Staff say, or if they can perhaps suggest how to maybe resolve the matter.
